This bracket kit helps remove a substantial amount of load off of the frame mounting tabs, that the rear brake master cylinder bolts to. If the mounting tabs break, they are part of the aluminum main frame, and are difficult to repair/replace.
This was designed around the 2017 Alta MX. While I have not test fit on any other models yet, we believe it should fit most Alta's. If you order and it does not fit your model, naturally we'll give you a 100% refund upon returning the product. We'll update fitment compatibility as we know more.
